Goalkeeper Cameron Dawson has today signed a new long-term contract with Sheffield Wednesday, tying him to the Championship club until the summer of 2024.

Dawson’s previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season and the 24-year-old was attracting the interest of a number of clubs, including Scottish giants Celtic and Rangers.

But the Owls have been in dialogue with Dawson’s representatives for a number of weeks. Here’s how Wednesday fans have reacted to the news so far
