Bogle fired Wilder’s side into a second-half lead during their match at Brighton and Hove Albion, despite having earlier been reduced to 10 men when John Lundstram was sent-off.
Danny Welbeck denied United their first win of the season when he equalised four minutes from time, leaving United with only a point to show following a courageous display which saw Oliver Burke go close to extending their advantage before the former Manchester United striker pounced.

Hide AdBogle, signed from Derby County during the close season, was introduced soon after the interval and Wilder said: “It was an eventful debut for Jayden. He’s come out of the Championship and it’s a big step up for him.
"Coming up against world class players in the Premier League, he’s going to be tested even more but he played a huge part in what was a very spirited performance for us. He’s got qualities going forward and we wanted to try and be positive. I’m delighted for him.”
Wilder’s substitutions, which included withdrawing John Fleck before Lundstram’s dismissal and bringing on Oliver Burke, helped United navigate their way through a tense contest at the AMEX Stadium.
“We tried to be positive,” Wilder said. “We tried to establish a foothold and I thought we were able to do that, as well as showing real character and desire at the end when we needed to.”
