WEATHER: Sheffield set for a mild and wet day
Temperatures have improved in Sheffield overnight, with the city set for a high of 6C today compared to sub-zero readings of recent days.
According to the Met Office there will be blustery showers for most of the morning, which will occasionally merge to give some longer spells of rain.
Showers will turn more wintry this evening, particularly over higher ground, with sleet expected.
