A police probe has been launched into the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Sheffield this week.
Only brief details have been released by South Yorkshire Police, but in a statement the force said: “At around 8.30pm on Tuesday 7 February, emergency services were called to a property on High Street, Ecclesfield, following reports that the body of a woman had been found.”
The force added: “Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.”
