Sheffield ex-financial adviser faces trial on fraud and forgery charges
Martin Rigney appeared at Derby Crown Court on Friday morning and pleaded not guilty to 19 counts - eight of fraud and 11 of forgery.
All the offences are alleged to have taken place between October 2003 and January 2012.

Hide AdThe 66-year-old of Rivelin Valley, Sheffield, is alleged to have created false signatures on investment forms and transferred money to funds on behalf of his clients without authorisation.
A trial, due to last four weeks, has been set for April 24 next year at Derby Crown Court.
Rigney was released on bail.
