Rotherham United begin the Alan Stubbs era with a home Championship opening-day clash with Wolves on August 6.

The new boss will sample his first South Yorkshire derby on August 27 when the Millers travel to newly-promoted Barnsley, with the return at AESSEAL New York Stadium on January 28.

Rotherham visit Sheffield Wednesday on December 17 and host the Owls on April 4 in a Tuesday-evening fixture.

The festive period brings two home matches: Wigan Athletic on Boxing Day followed by Burton Albion on New Year’s Eve.

The final day of the season sees another home clash, against Derby County.
