Preston North End 'fans' arrested for disorder after Sheffield United game

Five away fans were arrested for disorder after trouble flared when Sheffield United hosted Preston North End.

Police in Preston North End tweeted following the Blades' 1-0 home defeat: "Just back from Sheffield unfortunately five #pnefc 'fans' let themselves and the club down. They’ll be remaining over in Sheffield having been arrested for disorder."

A photo shared on Twitter shows someone being tended to outside the ground after fans had reportedly clashed.
