Plans have been submitted to turn a former police station into a theatre school, dancewear shop and children's casting agency.
The former Wath police station on Church Street has not been used as an operational base since 2015, and the enquiry desk closed in 2011.
However, if plans are approved, the building may have a new lease of life.
