Civil servants are in dispute
Currently civil servants are in dispute with their employers (indirectly US).
Part of their dispute entails complaints about their “working conditions”.
As vast numbers of civil servants are “working” from home how does that manifest itself?
Are they cold, is their “office” in need of a lick of paint, has their waste paper basket not been emptied, is their chair not ergonomically designed? What a mess!
