2. Fargate
Several people mentioned Fargate as one of the grottiest areas that needs some attention - for both its continued renovation works, and for its empty shop units.
3. Meadowhall

4. Sheffield Ski Village
Sheffield's old ski village opened in 1988 but was destroyed by fire in 2012. It has suffered repeated arson attacks since, and some believe this area should be an eyesore cleaned-up this year.
