LIVE: Moviegoers baffled as Sheffield's Cineworld closes for just 40 minutes before re-opening
Customers planning a trip to the flicks were left baffled when the cinema, part of the Valley Centertainment complex, posted to their Facebook page at 9.30am this morning that due to 'unforeseen circumstances' it would be closed for 'public health and safety reasons'.
No explanation was provided at the time but 40 minutes later the firm announced that the complex has re-opened and that a lighting fault was to blame.
