Teenage girl suffered broken jaw after being hit by cars as she walked down Sheffield street

The 16-year-old was struck after two cars collided on Horninglow Road, Firth Park, on Wednesday December 4.
A black Seat Leon and a silver Ford Fiesta crashed at the junction with Tideswell Road and careered into the teenager who was walking nearby at the time.

Hide AdSouth Yorkshire Police said she sustained a broken jaw in the incident.
The driver of the Ford Fiesta, a 39-year-old woman, was also taken to hospital with serious injuries and an eight-year-old girl travelling in the same car suffered minor injuries.
The occupants of the Seat Leon fled the scene.
Two 21-year-old Sheffield men were later arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and being unfit to drive through drink or drugs.
They have been released under investigation.
