A man is wanted by South Yorkshire Police over an attack on a woman.

Michael Dobson, aged 37, is believed to hold vital information on the incident in Royston, Barnsley, on Monday, April 20.

A woman suffered injuries to her head, arm and thigh in the attack and a property was extensively damaged.

Dobson has links to Barnsley as well as Castleford and Wakefield.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 655 of April 20.
