A police appeal for help has been issued following the disappearance of an 84-year-old woman.

Identified only as Winifred, the pensioner was last seen at around 4.30pm on Friday, April 7 at her home address in Balby, Doncaster. She is believed to have left her home at some point between then and 10am the following day.

Winifred frequents the city centre, and has links to Woodlands and Balby.

She may be wearing a green coat, carrying a green handbag and possibly walking with a trolley bag.
