Police cordon off Barnsley park while officers search for evidence after ‘incident’
A Barnsley park is closed this afternoon with forensic officers carrying out enquiries.
A police cordon is in place in Cudworth Park, off Carlton Street, following an ‘incident’ overnight.
South Yorkshire Police said officers remained at the scene but added it could not release any further details.
