Dramatic pictures and video footage have emerged showing a car engulfed by flames on a Sheffield street.

The white Ford Focus went up in flames on Clough Road this evening (Sunday, January 12).

Firefighers rushed to battle the blaze, which is now out.

Prince Raoof, who sent in the footage and pictures, alerted firefighters to the incident.

He told the Star he did not approach the vehicle as he heard something ‘exploding’ inside it.

He added that one police car also attended the incident.
