Arty Edenthorpe school girl has grand designs on memorial
Rebecca Liddle, aged ten, who attends Edenthorpe Hall Primary School, beat more than 40 entrants to win a competition to design the Edenthorpe War Memorial.
The memorial will be based on her design, which includes a cross and plinth shape, along with the names of military personnel from the village who lost their lives in the Second World War.
