FOOD: Bite into USA style burger at new Sheffield venue

There was a huge sense of anticipation and excitement when Kerb Edge announced they would be opening in Sheffield.

West One already has a huge selection of fantastic bars and restaurants for customers to choose from.

From Las Iguanas to Ginseng Korean BBQ and Revolution to the relatively new and popular OHM.

But the complex has been feeling incomplete since Anchorage left with the site standing empty for a number of months.

So, when Kerb Edge announced in January that it was expanding its New York inspired burger joint to the complex there was obvious elation.

The new restaurant follows on from their success in Hull; their first site after the company was founded four years ago.

Like all the best burger joints, their inspiration comes from the Big Apple after witnessing first hand the dish’s popularity with hungry diners.

The burger joint has a fantastic selection of beef, chicken and veggie burgers to choose from as well as wings, salad boxes and even breakfasts!

But, not only is their passion in burgers, it clearly extends to cocktails and craft beers.

As a beer lover myself, its almost as hard to choose a drink as it is to choose a meal.

I finally settled for a Big Eagle IPA, from Brew York but was tempted by a number from Leeds’ North Brewery and a few Welsh offerings.
