Plucky Helen helps to brighten patients' day
Helen Singleton, aged eight, was diagnosed with leukaemia two-and-a-half years ago.
The youngster, who has just completed her treatment, now attends the hospital clinic only monthly and the outlook for her is good.

Her bravery inspired family and friends to raise 10,000, and Barnsley-based Dransfield Properties gave 30,000 because managing director Mark Dransfield’s daughters went to school with Helen.
Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity put forward a final 10,000 to make up the total refurbishment costs of 50,000.
Helen’s mum Sue said: “The staff at the haematology and oncology clinic do a wonderful job and have been fantastic throughout Helen's treatment. We just wanted to show our appreciation.

Chris Sharratt, chief executive of Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, said: “This is a marvellous occasion for Sheffield Children's Hospital.
“I would personally like to thank Dransfield Properties, our very own Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity and, of course Helen and her family, for all their fundraising efforts.
“All our patients and staff are excited about the improvements the refurbishment work will bring.”
