The left-back becomes the third signing of the Garry Monk era the day before his 19th birthday, following fellow youngster Manuel Hidalgo and loan signing Alessio Da Cruz through the doors at Hillsborough.
Galvin signs after undergoing a successful trial period with the club. He starred in the under-23s’ 3-2 home defeat to Hull City last week, featuring alongside Fernando Forestieri.
He also played in their 2-1 in over Bolton Wanderers.
