And one player who will not be contributing to that effort is on-loan striker Jack Marriott.

Hide AdHis last appearance came against Norwich nearly six weeks ago and the fact he plays for Derby County, the side Wednesday are chasing in the Championship relegation scrap, has prompted rumours the two clubs have come to an agreement to ensure Marriott doesn’t play.
But The Star understands Marriott has suffered another injury, hasn’t trained for some time and is likely to have made his last Wednesday contribution.
The Owls will make the trip to Derby on the last day of the season – a match-up that could serve as a direct shootout for second tier status – and the terms of Marriott’s loan mean he would not have been able to play in that clash in any event.
Derby had an option to recall Marriott in January and chose not to utilise it.

Of those signings, six have started fewer than 10 league matches for the club.
Wednesday take on Middlesbrough this weekend and if beaten would be relegated should Derby beat Birmingham City.
