Oddly, the Owls have won more times at Queens Park Rangers’ home ground in 2020 (once in the FA Cup and once in the Championship) than they have at their own, but they’ll be hoping to change that at Hillsborough as they look to bounce back from defeat against Bristol City.

1. GK - Cameron Dawson
I see no reason why Dawson should lose his place. He hasn't put a foot wrong all season, and seems to be growing in confidence with every passing game. Photo: Steve Ellis
2. CB - Dominic Iorfa
It feels like Iorfa will be a big player for Wednesday this season... He's been linked with an exit, but Monk has spoken of how key he is to the club. Starts every week, for me. Photo: Steve Ellis
3. CB - Tom Lees
Lees was arguably the Owls' top performer against a good Bristol City side, despite defeat at Ashton Gate. Seems to be getting back to the Tom Lees of old, and deserves his place at the heart of defence. Photo: Steve Ellis
4. CB - Joost Van Aken
Continuity will be key with the defence in my opinion. The more they can play alongside each other, the more comfortable they can be and they can become more cohesive. Van Aken looks to have improved since returning, and has started the season well. Photo: Steve Ellis
