Darren Moore reveals Sheffield Wednesday injury hopes as well as plans for the international break
and live on Freeview channel 276
A number of new injuries meant that the Owls had a host of youngsters on their bench for the 2-1 win over Barnsley, with the likes of Keiren Westwood, Sam Hutchinson, Jack Marriott and Liam Shaw all being forced to sit out the game.
They join the likes of Cameron Dawson, Dominic Iorfa, Moses Odubajo, Chey Dunkley, Joost van Aken, Massimo Luongo and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru on the list of injuries, however the international break offers some of them a chance to get back into contention.

“But for me now, it’s about the boys recovering from this, looking at the structure of the week next week, and getting some training in…”
Meanwhile, the Owls boss also explained some of the work that they’ll be doing over the next week or so, and he’ll have almost a full contingent with just Liam Palmer (Scotland) set to leave on international duty.
“It’ll be work in terms of keeping possession of the ball, patterns off the ball. Our work and organisation off the ball has to be better as well. There are other things that we can work on that take time, but now we’ve got time that’s exactly what we’ll be doing. And it’s our last real opportunity between now and the end of the season.”
