Time of our lives," alongside a picture of him celebrating promotion with Wilder, while Rhian Brewster wrote: "Will forever be grateful for the belief you’ve had in me. I don’t think anyone can forget what you’ve achieved with the Blades. All the best gaffer."
Chris Basham said that Wilder "gave me opportunities I could only have dreamed to achieve. Memories to last a lifetime. Thanks for everything Gaffer," while Ollie Norwood said: "Thanks for the opportunity gaffer, some of the best times of my career."

Wilder officially left United by mutual consent this evening, when the club released an official statement confirming the news and thanking their talismanic former manager for his service.
Under Wilder, United won two promotions in three years, and finished ninth in their first top-flight season.
