Sheffield United: 'If we get comfortable, we'll get hurt'
Instead, as his team prepares to return to action against Burnley on Saturday, Wilder insists it will only be possible to judge its progress at the end of the campaign.
United climbed to eighth in the table when, after five days after beating Arsenal at Bramall Lane, they held West Ham to a draw in east London.

"We always try and raise the bar," the United manager added. "That doesn't change. It won't change."
Four members of United's squad - David McGoldrick, John Egan, Enda Stevens and Callum Robinson - have been included in the Republic of Ireland squad for their forthcoming Euro 2020 qualifier against Denmark while Dean Henderson, John Fleck, Oli McBurnie and Mo Besic have also been selected by their respective countries in recent weeks,
Although Wilder believes that is a sign of the progress his squad has made since being promoted from the Championship, he said: "Every point is so precious. When you get in it, the Premier League, you see why. The intensity, the pressure, how much owners and supporters want to be a part of this division. That's why you can't rest for a moment or even think about getting comfortable."
