Barring injury or illness, Brewster will make his first appearance in a Sheffield United jersey tomorrow during the lunchtime fixture against Fulham.
Although there is a great deal of pressure on the 20-year-old’s shoulders, with Chris Wilder’s side scoring only once in their opening four outings of the new Premier League season, Baldock is impressed by the ease with which his new team mate has adjusted to life in South Yorkshire after observing him closely over the past fortnight.

"Tecnically, he’s really good, you can see that already,” Baldock added. “And his knowledge of the game, from a technical aspect, is really good too. Especially for someone his age. He’s very mature.”
Brewster, from Chadwell Heath, withdrew from the England under-21 squad which faced Andorra and Turkey over the international break to focus on improving his fitness ahead of the meeting with Scott Parker’s side which, like United, enters this weekend’s match still searching for its first point of the campaign.
Insisting results have not been a reflection of their performances, Baldock remains convinced United can put themselves back on track providing they “take care of the small details.”

We had a great campaign last year, we’ve fallen a little bit below what we would expect and we know we need to tighten up on a few things. But we’re working hard to put that right.”
United prepared for the contest in 19th, above Fulham on goal difference, after finishing ninth last term.
“We need to stay level headed, we’re four games in,” Baldock added. “It’s easy to look at tables. We know it’s going to be a tough and we need to bring our A game. We’ll show them the utmost respect.”
