Rotherham United sign Newcastle United midfielder on loan
The 22-year-old becomes the fourth summer signing for the Millers following the arrivals of Carlton Morris, Shaun MacDonald and Freddie Ladapo.
Barlaser spent last season on loan with Accrington, playing 45 times in Stanley's League One campaign.

Warne visited the Premier League club and gave a presentation on why Barlaser should join the Millers and it paid off.
