Last week UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin called a meeting of representatives of its 55 associations, the European Clubs' Association, the European Leagues and world players' union Fifpro to discuss football's response to the outbreak.
The move is in part designed to allow leagues across the continent, including the Championship, a chance to complete their season before the end of June.

Hide AdPlay is set to resume in England on April 4, but experts have warned that the likelihood of it being safe to do so is very slim.
Concerns had been raised about the fact that player contracts run out before the end of June, a reality that could cause issues for clubs including Rovers, who have senior players out of contract this summer.
Rovers currently sit ninth in League One, five points shy of the play-offs. There are nine matches remaining.
Football across the continent has virtually ground to a halt. The only countries in Europe which featured top-flight league action on Saturday were Russia, Turkey, Hungary, Serbia and Ukraine. Turkey's matches were played behind closed doors and on Monday, the Hungarian FA announced its league was suspended.
