It was their ninth lifting of this trophy and a repeat of last season’s final when they also won by five wickets.
Wickersley totalled 217-9 from their 45 overs with opener Haider Jahangir making 78 before falling to Lesroy Weekes who finished with 4-35.

Hide AdElsecar’s reply was held by opener Jason Meadows who batted patiently and was there at the end, unbeaten on 80 as they reached 219-5.
He had good support from Glenn Yates, 62, and Elsecar had two overs to spare as they again saw off their old rivals.
Wickersley wicketkeeper Phil Chapman had four victims including smart stumpings of Yates and Weekes.
