Students in Sheffield invite volunteers to join them in Great British Spring Clean
Staff and students at Longley Park Sixth Form College will this Friday (March 3) collect rubbish from the streets around the college in Horninglow Road, Longley.
The litter pick, due to run from 12.30pm to 2pm, is one of hundreds across the country taking place this weekend as part of the Great British Spring Clean.

Hide AdIf you want to lend a hand, call the college on 0114 262 5757. Helpers will be rewarded with tea and cake afterwards.
The college's clean-up operation on Friday will also mark the launch of its 'Community Ambassador' role for students, who will be working in the local area each week.
