Rotherham United legend Ronnie Moore leaves Hartlepool
Moore, who saved Pools from the drop last season, taking over in December with the side rock bottom of League Two, has been locked in a battle to avoid relegation again this term.
Hartlepool are currently third from bottom, four points clear of nearest rivals in the relegation zone, Dagenham & Redbridge and with three games in hand over the Daggers.

“Ronnie has worked tirelessly to bring success to the Club during his time at The Vic and we thank him sincerely for those efforts and wish him well for the future.”
Moore is a legendary figure at Rotherham, making well over 100 appearances as a player in the early 80s then leading the Millers to two promotions in his first spell as manager and keeping them in the Championship for four seasons after that.
