Rail chaos as Flying Scotsman halted by trespassers on tracks
The engine's inaugural run from London to York this morning after a 10-year refit has been ground to a halt by trespassers.
Network Rail said it has had to "stop all trains" on the East Coast Mainline - including the world famous steam locomotive- "because of a huge number of trespassers" keen to get a look at it.

Virgin Trains East Coast tweeted: "Due to eager #FlyingScotsman photographers on the track near Peterborough, delays of 15 mins are expected. Don't be silly!"
It later added: "Delays caused by trespassers on the track near Peterborough have ended. Please please keep off the track!"
The loco was due to arrive into Doncaster at 11.54am.
