Jordan Reid, from Hillsborough, was diagnosed in June 2016 – shortly after his second birthday – with atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumour (ATRT), a rare form of terminal cancer.
After six months of chemotherapy and six weeks of radiotherapy, his family were sadly told that Jordan's cancer was terminal and his grandad Kevan Adams has been on a mission to pack his life with love and joy ever since.

Hide AdHe set up the Jordan Reid Trust to support his grandson and other children with brain cancer and has been trying to raise £50,000 to help Jordan complete his bucket list, which includes travelling to Disney World in Florida.
Jordan, now aged six, is also ‘train mad’ and now after being kindly donated a portable cabin, Kevan is appealing for help to revamp the space to house a model railway set for the youngster to enjoy.
Kevan, 57, said: “We’ve been donated a secure steel workshop container and we need to renovate inside it; the ceiling needs to come down, it needs electrics, the whole shebang.
“Richard Wilsdon, from Britcab, donated the cabin just so the charity could have a permanent base and so we had space to work on the model railway.”

Hide AdKevan hopes the portable workshop, which is situated in Maltby, will not only benefit Jordan but other members of the community, especially veterans of the armed forces and other children.
He added: “We're just really desperate for help to make the container a working environment so Jordan can come and stay and work with us.
"Anybody that’s got the skills or the materials to help – Jordan is desperate to get into the container and get the new model railway up and running. Children with brain cancer deserve a life as well. ATRT children can live between five and 10 years after diagnosis.
"The longer we have him the better. We know the inevitable is going to happen but we want to make the memories with Jordan and doing this is making memories.”
