Man interviewed over knife incident on Sheffield estate
A man has been interviewed by South Yorkshire Police over claims he brandished knives while threatening a group of youths.
The 58-year-old was interviewed yesterday under caution over an incident in Jordanthorpe on Thursday, May 19.
Officers received reports that a man, allegedly armed with two knives, threatened a group of youths near to a row of shops in Dyche Lane.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "A 58-year-old man was interviewed under caution in connection to the incident. Enquiries are ongoing."
