Man dies in Doncaster house fire
Three fire engines from Doncaster, Adwick and Dearne stations attended the incident at 6:30am today (Monday March 28).
The detached bungalow on Stonehill Rise was well alight when crews arrived.

Hide AdThe roof of the house was largely destroyed in the blaze, with the property still cordoned off this afternoon.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and attempted to rescue the man.
Crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire.
An investigation into the cause of the fire will now take place.
The identity of the man has not yet been released.
