Doncaster Rovers: Fergie on keeper alert
Stuckmann went off at half time during Tuesday night’s defeat to Port Vale after landing heavily on his shoulder and was scheduled to have an X-ray yesterday.
Ferguson told the Star he has confidence in number two Marko Marosi but would not be comfortable putting under-18s goalkeeper Louis Jones on the bench.

Hide AdFerguson said: “Thorsten will have an X-ray and if that is a long term one, or even a short term one, it might force my hand to try and get a goalkeeper in.
“Saying that, I thought Marko [Marosi] did quite well when he came on. I thought he did well to close the boy down for their second goal. He just got the ricochet and it’s gone in. But I thought he was fine, I had no problem putting him in.
“The only thing then is you’ve got a really young kid on the bench, so it’s something I wouldn’t like to do to him if he had to come on - he’s too young for that.
“We’ll see what the X-ray results are and take it from there.”

Hide AdFerguson was also asked on Tuesday night how many players currently injured - Nathan Tyson, Andy Butler, Harry Middleton and Cameron Stewart - would be fit to return against Walsall next Tuesday.
“None,” he replied. “They’ll all be out next Tuesday.
“There’s a good chance they’ll be fit for the Scunthorpe game - all of them. But I think Walsall’s going to be too early.
“With muscle injuries you run the risk of bringing people back too quickly so we’ve got to have some common sense about it.”
