Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on January 3 how Sukhminder Judge, aged 33, of Surtees Close, Maltby, Rotherham, shouted at Yorkshire Ambulance Service paramedics and tried to get in their ambulance to be with his poorly mum.
Kirsty Pearson told a previous hearing that paramedics had been attending to Judge’s mother who was having chest pains at his Premier store in Maltby.
