Eye-witness, Jonathan Giles, said: “He was being chased by the cops...flew off a speed bump, hit a van, then a car that then got sandwiched by him and a tree.”
“He spun off, got tasered twice and ran off into Longley Park. No-one else involved apart from driver,” added Jonathan, 30, of Piper Close, Longley.
South Yorkshire Police were contacted for more information, but have declined to comment on the incident.
