Sheffield Crown Court recently heard how Chung Lloyd Ho-Shing, 46, of Firshill Crescent, Crabtree, illegally claimed £22,601 in housing benefit and Employment Support Allowance after he failed to disclose money he had received from family.
Robert Coyne, prosecuting, told a previous Sheffield Magistrates' Court hearing the over-payment was £22,601 over four years but it had not been fraudulent from the outset but he failed to disclose he had capital.
