Sheffield offender who failed to complete unpaid work spared jail

Sheffield Magistrates' Court heard how Martyn Horvath, aged 26, of Lloyd Street, Grimesthorpe, had been given a community order with unpaid work for driving while disqualified.
But District Judge Paul Healey confirmed Horvath failed to complete the unpaid work and had his order revoked and a new one was imposed but he failed to complete unpaid work again and despite the imposition of a new order he failed again to complete unpaid work for the third time.

Hide AdHorvath was found guilty after a trial of failing to comply with the latest community order.
Katie Steiner, defending, said Horvath had done some unpaid work but he has struggled after one of his children had to go into hospital.
Horvath was sentenced to three months custody suspended for 12 months with 60 more hours of unpaid work.
