Police issue statement after car and house set on fire in horrific Sheffield arson attack

Pub landlord Chris Durrans and his wife Debby were sleeping at their home on Vicarage Road, Grenoside, when their car and house were set alight in the early hours of Saturday, November 7.
The pair, who run The Angel on nearby Main Street, escaped unharmed but their £90,000 BMW X7 was destroyed and their house was damaged.

Hide AdThey are offering a £10,000 reward for information leading to the prosecution of those responsible.
No arrests have yet been made, but South Yorkshire Police said officers are investigating and want to hear from anyone with information.
South Yorkshire Police said: “It is understood that persons unknown set fire to a car parked outside a property on Vicarage Road, before the fire spread to the house."
Anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident number 76 of November 7.
