Sheffield Crown Court heard on April 30 how Craig Netherwood, aged 27, admitted breaching a community order by failing to complete a curfew and by not attending rehabilitation appointments.
He also admitted failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sex Offender Register by failing to report he lost an address in Barnsley and now has an address on Lawrence Road, Halifax.

Hide AdGordon Stables, prosecuting, said Netherwood has a history of previous breaches after he failed to comply with notification requirements and was given a community order and after he breached that order it continued with extended rehabilitation.
Judge Sarah Wright sentenced Netherwood to a community order with a three-month residence condition so he must apply to the court if he wants to move.
She imposed 5 rehabilitation days on his existing community order and told him further breaches will mean prison.
