Heartbroken dad pays tribute to ‘beautiful’ son Khuram Javed after tragic Sheffield shooting

Khuram Javed, aged 30, was gunned down in an attack on Clough Road, close to Bramall Lane, at around 9.40pm on Saturday, April 10.
The married father-of-two, who worked as a solicitor in Sheffield, was also the nephew of Haji Mohammed Aslam, who is chairman of the Madina Masjid based on Wolseley Road, Lowfield.

Hide AdKhuram’s family is well known across city, where there has been an outpouring of grief at his death.
Leading the tributes is Khuram’s devastated father, Javed Khan.
In a Facebook post, where he shared a collage of photographs of his son, Mr Khan said: “My beautiful son.
“May Allah swt grant him the highest rank in heaven.”
In a tribute on the Madina Masjid’s Facebook page, members of the mosque said: “Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones in this difficult time.

Friend Shaykh Sadaqat Hussain posted: “Such devastating and shocking news.
“Another young life lost to this gun culture. When will all this end?
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Words can't express the sorrow at the loss of such a wonderful young man's life.”
An investigation into the murder is under way.
