Ramsey has pleaded not guilty to murder but has admitted stabbing Mr Hersi in self defence or accidentally.
His friend Layton Morris, aged 22, of Ferrars Road, Tinsley, has denied assisting Ramsey by disposing of the knife used in the fatal incident near a bin.
Mr Brooke said the case is supported by CCTV footage showing the two groups of friends moving around the Centertainment complex as well as forensics after traces of blood from Ramsey and Mr Hersi were found at the scene.

This appears to be the moment when Mr Hersi is stabbed, according to Mr Brooke.
Judge Jeremy Richardson QC said: “To the left we have Noel Ramsey. Just to his right is Fahim Hersi in close proximity and the witnesses indicated it looks as if there was some sort of kick, which is a matter for the jury, and there is a flash of something and to the right of the screen is Osman Jama and other individuals.”
CCTV was also shown of a figure believed to be Morris reaching towards a bin to dispose of the knife.
