The cause of a fatal house fire in Sheffield has been recorded as accidental.

A woman in her 70s, named locally as Kathleen Khan, perished in a blaze which broke out in her home in Grindlow Close, Heeley, at around 8am on Tuesday.

The two-storey property was well alight when firefighters arrived at the scene.
