Baby boy injured in South Yorkshire smash continues to fight for life
A baby boy, aged just eight weeks old, is still in hospital with life threatening injuries following a crash in South Yorkshire.
The baby was in a red Mini Cooper which was involved in a crash with a white Scania HGV on the A1 in Doncaster at 1.50pm on Tuesday.
Both vehicles were travelling northbound when they crashed just after junction 36 for Warmsworth.
A 42-year-old woman in the car with the baby and a 56-year-old man driving the HGV were unharmed.
Witnesses should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
