Plans revealed for a new Lidl supermarket just outside Sheffield

The online consultation will outline plans for the new store and the public are invited to comment on the proposals via a dedicated website. Members of the community will also be able to participate in the consultation from 24th November until the 7th December 2020.
A leaflet will be distributed around the local area containing further information about the scheme. Residents with any questions about proposals can contact Lidl’s consultation team directly by email.

Hide AdThe brilliant multi-million pound investment, will see Lidl commit to building a sustainable store with a 1256m² sales area on a 7500m² site, and plans of creating around 40 new full time and part time jobs.
The new supermarket forms part of the company’s £1.45bn investment in its expansion across Great Britain in 2019 and 2020. Its ongoing success shows no signs of slowing, with the latest Kantar Worldpanel results highlighting Lidl’s increase in sales year on year and market share of 6.1%.
