Here we take a look back at children in Sheffield dancing around the Maypole in years gone by – including at Sheffield’s traditional Highland Fling country fair, which usually takes place on the Mayday bank holiday weekend at Graves Park, but has been cancelled this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
