Doncaster coronavirus death toll rises again to 334 as two more fatalities reported

Two more Covid-19 deaths have been recorded in Doncaster, taking the town’s death toll to 334 since the start of the pandemic.

Newly released NHS figures revealed the latest deaths in statistics released this afternoon.

On Friday, Dr Rupert Suckling, Doncaster’s director of public health said the rate of infection in the town had risen to 531.9 cases per 100,000 people, but also expressed hope that the rate was starting to flatten out and that Doncaster was ‘starting to turn the curve.’
