The Sheffield area represents a crucial element of British urban and cultural history. We call our pavilion the Ribbon of Culture, and it would be a terrific opportunity for the city to use it to set up cultural and commercial dialogues in Shanghai.
"Our pavilion design presents eight can-do British cities to China's ultimate can-do city in a highly engaging way."
